5 Utilization of Drinking Water

Our body consists of about 70% of water. And the remaining 30 % consists of muscles bones etc.
But still, it is recommended to drink at least 8-ounce glass of water every day.
We all think that the science behind the above fact is just to keep your body hydrated.
But today we reveal some other facts and benefits of drinking an adequate amount of water.


1. Maximize our Physical Performance:-
If there is a decrease in water level of our body then it may cause dehydration through which we have to suffer a lot, it also decreases our Physical Performance.
This will occur due to high-intensity exercise or by high heat.
We can easily notice this if there is a loss of 2% of water from a normal person’s body. While athlete suffers this problem by losing 6-8% of water via sweat.
This will increase fatigue, reduce motivation and control of the body and make physically and mentally imbalanced.
So whenever you do exercise or feel sweaty always keep yourself hydrated to give your best.

2. Drinking water prevents you from a headache
As you feel dehydrated you will directly suffer from headaches even can cause a migraine. Studies prove that people feel relaxed from a headache after drinking water. But sometimes it also depends on the type of a headache. But it is seen that water reduces the intensity and duration of a headache.


3. Treatment of kidney stone:-
As we all know that urinary stones are one of the most painful and dangerous problems. In which Kidney stones is one which occurs in the kidney. The evidence is less but it is found that high intake of fluid increase the urine level which dilute the concentration of mineral and help to prevent the initial formation of stones

4. Water prevents a hangover:-
Hangover doesn't cause you dehydration but it feels you thirsty, fatigue and dry mouth. As alcohol is diuretic it losses more water than intake. But you can reduce it by drinking water in between your drinks. And have at least one big glass of water before going to bed.

5. Drinking water may help you to weight loss:-
Drinking water can help you to decrease your body weight.
It is studied that if you drink 500ml of water it increases your metabolism rate up to 24-30% for 1.5 hours. It means that 2 liters of water every day can increase your calories expenditure by up to 96%.
It is also estimated that if you drink water before half an hour of your meal than you feel that your stomach is full and you eat in less amount and may also eat few calories.
It is good to drink cool water as the body expand more calories to heat the water up to body temperature.
