As, we all people are aware of the benefits of fruits and vegetables, but we didn’t know that consumption of fruits and vegetables may help you boosting psychological well being. As part of a healthful diet, fruits and vegetables can help reduce the risk of obesity, diabetes, stroke and some types of cancer.

Now researchers have provided that not only fruits and vegetables increase the physical level but also the psychological level.

Well at the beginning of the assignment students were partitioned into the two groups. The evaluation process is going to be carried out over them. One group was given some fruits and vegetables daily which included carrots, kiwi fruit, oranges, and apples while the other group was not given any such kind of treatment and it continued with their normal eating.
After two weeks a report was finalized, by observing the students of both the groups. The report was finalized on the daily basis. The researchers found that the daily participants who were given the extra fruits and consumed vegetables, it was the group experienced improvements in their body

While the other group which was not given extra fruits showed no improvements in psychological well-being over the2-week periods.Well, by observing the behavior of both the groups the researchers finally made a report. That the group which was given extra nourishment showed good improvements not only in their behaviors but also their mental and health level. And the group which was kept away from the additional nourishment showed no improvements. So, in taking the plethora of fruits and vegetables lead us to have a lot of good health benefits. And also it helps us to maintain our psychological level.

Few people among us know that a cup of fruits is equivalent to a large orange and a half of grapefruit. Whereas a cup of vegetable soup is proportionate to the sweet potato.
Students who are working to stand in the competition level seems to avoid the food and some students gives priority to other things but not to food. Because they don’t know the value of the food. If they keep on avoiding it they may have to face issues with their health and mental level.
