Are you too suffering from bad headaches?

1.Hot and Cold Method:

If you are suffering from a migraine, a type of disease that causes you a nasty headache. Well in this situation you are required to place a pack of ice cubes or cold over your forehead. You may also put frozen peas by packing it in a bag or may put ice cubes in a towel and keep over your forehead. Or also you can go and take a shower bath. All these small steps will let you feel relax from the headaches. So this is the hot and cold method to get rid of nasty headaches.


If you are suffering from a sinus headache, then you can keep a warm cloth over the area that is hurting yourself the most or you may take a warm water shower. These two steps will help you to the great extent.
Or if you are facing tension headache, then you are required to place the pad of heat stuff on the back of your neck and place your foot in the cold water. It will surely help you to get rid of a headache.



2.Loosen you hairs:

If your hairs are tightly knotted, or a tight ponytail then pull out your rubber band. And let your hairs down. Sometimes, tightly knotted hairs also became the tension of headaches. These are known as the external compression headaches which are sometimes caused by the swimming goggles or wearing tight hairband or hat.


3.Embrace Your Dark Side

Flickering and bright light sometimes may become the reason for your headaches too. If you wear glasses, then replace your normal lens with the anti-glare lens, as it prevents you from the harmful UV radiations. Or you may use a computer that itself has an anti-glare screen. You may cover your gates and windows with the black color curtains. And must not forget to wear glasses whenever you go outside your house.



4.Avoid Chewing Gum

People who are used to chewing their lips, fingernails, chewing gum or handy objects for instance pens pencils. These things not only hurt their jaw part but also their heads. So stop eating these things and even sticky and crunchy food too. And always eat food by taking its small bites. Also, some people have a habit of grinding their teeth at night they may consult their doctor and their dentist for a mouth guard, that will further prevent them from grinding teeth at nights. All these steps will curb your headaches.
