Effects of Lack of Sleep

Sleeping is the most essential exercise which is very healthy for our body and helps you to keep yourself away from stress. Studies show that an inadequate amount of sleep shows you negative effect immediately it disordered your hormones as well as the performance of brain functioning.
It increases the disease and can increase your weight also.
In conclusion today we are going to tell you about the few bad effects of lack of sleep which can disorder your health and after reading this you can get aware to don't repeat this and take sufficient sleep which
help you in the proper functioning of your body.

1. Lead to depression:-
You may suffer from a disease called Insomnia due to lack of sleep. Which will also lead to depression. It is seen that people who suffer from insomnia are more depressed than those who don't suffer from Depression. Since insomnia is also called the aura of depression.
As insomnia and depression are both compliments to each other so to get depression free life you should take a sleep of 7-8 hours per day.

2. Fasten your skin aging:-
You also experienced that if you don't sleep for 2-3 days in an appropriate limit then your eyes and skin both swollen up. So you can imagine yourself that if you don't sleep for the long term then this leads to wrinkles and dark circles also. And this will release stress hormones cortisol from your body. The increment in cortisol breakdown the collagen in the skin. To get rid of it you should increase your sleep which helps you to repair skin tissue and also increase intake of protein to make your skin smooth.

3. Triggering serious health problem:-
It is estimated that many patients with sleeping disorder suffer from a much dangerous health problem like heart attack, arrhythmia, high blood pressure, diabetes and strokes etc which may cause death also.

4. Make people forgetful and dull:-
It is very important to know that sleep plays an important role in a person’s thinking and learning capability and lack of sleep can suffer a human a lot. It also damages people's attention, alertness, and concentration. It also reduces the learning efficiency.

5. Increasing weight:-
Lack of sleeping may lead you to various troubles and also it will enhance your hunger.
Various studies have been carried out and the reports showed that if you do not sleep enough than you will be obese. Short time sleep will reduce the secretion of leptin, to increment the level of hunger hormones. Lack of sleep will not only stimulate
the human desire for high carbohydrate and high fats but also it stimulates appetite.
